| With the development of information technology, informatization has become the necessary conditions of survival and development of the enterprise. Therefore, how the enterprise informatization to carry out timely and effective performance evaluation is becoming more and more prominent real problem. As the complexity of information system, there still lack a comprehensive evaluation index and molding information performance evaluation system.In this paper a comprehensive, complete information performance index system has been established based on the Balanced Scorecard and the Performance Prism model, from the influence factors of enterprise Informatization. By analyze the role of overall corporate performance mechanism, identify the enterprise information complexity and recessive income, and long-term strategic. Using analytic hierarchy process to determine the index weight, to process the indicators of the system based on the qualitative index and quantitative index by volume of steel processing. According to the formula of performance index of enterprise informatization, enterprise informatization performance in which grade judgment, thus can know the level of enterprise informatization construction and areas in need of improvement. We can also calculate for each dimension index and comparative analysis. Finally, through the enterprise practical application to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the model.The enterprise information performance evaluation model and index system in this paper can help the enterprise to assess their information construction reasonable. Provide a performance of the information organization for enterprise decision makers. Provide a way and method for enterprises to improve information technology application level and strengthen IT level of management. At the same time, provide guidance and decision-making basis for the enterprise information construction method of the next stage. |
