With the arrival of the knowledge economy, people are more urgent to realizethat knowledge is an important part of the enterprise’s core competitiveness, humanresources as a carrier of knowledge, which become the consensus of the enterprise. Inthe modern enterprise, due to the complex internal and external environment,enterprise face many challenges in the management of human resources, whichprompted enterprise want to break through the bottleneck of restricting talent,constantly thinking about how to increase their knowledge of human resources bymeans of training, and knowledge application in practical work capacity; how topromote the common development of enterprises and internal staff in the way oftraining, and ultimately achieve enterprise’s goals and vision; how to respond to therapid development of high-tech enterprises and the impact of training managementenormous challenges, these problems have gradually become an important issuefacing enterprises. More and more enterprises in order to survive and withstandtremendous competitive pressure began to realize that human resources played animportant role in enhancing the core competitiveness of enterprises. A complete andgood human resources training management system for an enterprise can improve thecomprehensive quality for the workers, further improve the ability for enterprise totransfer knowledge skill into high performance, and promote the healthy running andoperation to realize the long terms sustainable development. So, being in thebackground of constantly changing time, researching the human resources trainingproblem has important theory and realistic meaning.This article has taken Foxconn Chengdu Technology Garden as the searchingtarget. It has mainly used ways of references reading, survey study, qualitative study, taking the theory of human resources training management as the support to sort outthe basic situation of the training management system of Foxconn ChengduTechnology Garden and find out the main problems and analyzed the reasons. Inorder to have better adaption to the changing of both inner and outside environment,through the analysis and research of the worker training management system,combing the requirement of the talents for the enterprise after the changing of therunning strategy, using the relative theory of the building for the training managementsystem, this article has proposed the case for the set up of training managementsystem for Foxconn Chengdu Technology Garden.Finally, this research concludes that the comprehensive training managementsystem of Foxconn Chengdu Technology Garden is required to make full use of theadvantage of the resources available. The system needs to be based on employees’self-learning. Training and staff can be organically combined together to develop thestaff’s career. Efforts need to be made to promote the development of corporateculture and to stress the protection role of corporate culture in training. By stafftraining, enterprises can improve the quality of itself to enhance the corecompetitiveness. Meanwhile, enterprises are also required to recognize clearly thatthe improvement of training management is a long-time and ongoing work, theyintend to adhere to the principle of updated with the ongoing time. Moreover, theywill begin with the implementation of training management system as safeguards toensure the scientific training management system processing as they have planned,scientific, stable and efficient. With the slowdown of China’s economy, FoxconnChengdu Technology Garden slowed down the growth rate of the product as well.And she is not increasingly aware of relying on better technology to create greaterprofits, but only to stimulate the development of new enterprises by finding new ideas,striving to achieve diversification, and expanding the addition of other newbusinesses outside the foundry as a way out. In order to realize these ideas, companies do have to set up a sound training management system to ensure the effectiveimplementation of human resource management training management, and to havethose planned and targeted staff training to improve the quality of staff and skills, sothat employees could turn to be qualified as soon as possible for future changingbusiness environment which requires updating skills. The staff training has aprofound significance for the future development of enterprises.
