Knowledge has become the important constitutions of core competition ability of enterprise in knowledge economy ages. How to increase the ability of obtaining and appling knowledge of enterprise by training, how to make the business and employees develop together by training, how to meet the challenge to enterprise management training by new and high technique, becomes the very important problem that enterprise must face. Therefore, there is great significance to study enterprise management training system under the circumstances theoretically and practically.This paper selected the famous enterprise " ShenZhen FOXCONN Group " from TaiWan to research, used various research methods such as investigation, comparison, mathematics model. By introducing the basic circumstance of training management system of "FOXCONN Group", analyzed it's problems in detail, and draw lessons form three local famous enterprises, this paper brings forward the basic principle, method, step and model of perfection. From three aspects of institution system, organization system, and resources integrated to organize systematically. This paper also re-create"FOXCONN Group" training management evaluation system, based on search and analysis of target enterprise. The others, this paper designed the test and evaluation method for training supervisors, training lecturers, and training proficiency in detail, And applied statistics to set up a practical evaluation way of individual knowledge ability and management training value evaluation model. Finally this paper emphasizes the importance of test feedback.This paper obtain three main conclusions: The first, perfection and establishment of management training system must start from the development strategy of business, follow the principle to face problem and increase the performance, and from four aspects that system, organization, resource and evaluation to start; The second, management training system should pursue output from investment, so only to make best use of the information techniques and means to build a network platform that knowledge can been shared with and consulted independence can improve the value of training management and develop biggest training function; The third, evaluation plays a vital role in the success of management training system, a good evaluation can make the management training system more proficient with less investment.
