Application Of Purchasing Management In Preparation Of Fracturing Fluid Station Project In YC Oilfield

Therefore, based on thepreparation of fracturing fluid station project of YC oilfield as the research object,this paper studied the current situation of purchasing management theory andpractice of purchasing at home and abroad. This paper discusses the definition,principles and objectives purchasing management, and analyses the newdevelopment trend of purchasing management. Through the analysis of currentsituation in the classification of materials, purchasing process, supplier management,purchasing cost control, supplier management and purchasing managementinformation of preparation of fracturing fluid station project in YC oilfield, pointsout the main problems existing in the purchasing management. And put forward theimprovement of purchasing management focuses on the countermeasures and measures in the transformation of purchasing management, appropriate procurementstrategies, optimizing procurement processes, improving supplier managementmechanism and enhancing the purchasing information management level. This paperalso provides the beneficial reference and enlightenment for similar enterprises to fittheir own purchasing management model.
