Study On Material Purchasing Management Of CNPC ChangQing Oilfield Company

On the greater of news logistics and increase of people’s realized in the enterprise’s logistics. The management of material-purchase regards as one of target, it has been became more and more important; Facing the increasing output and higher cost in Chang Qing Oilfield Company, how to improve the management of the company’s level of purchasing management will be more important to the lower cost and increasing the profit has significance.In this paper, on the basis of the supply-chain management, With deeply investigation of procurement management in Chang Qing Oilfield Company, analyze the current status about the materials procurement management. Select5aspects from a lot of aspects that affect the procurement management, namely, Inventory Management, Logistics Management, Process of procurement, Management of the purchase price and Supplier Management. And analyze the main problem on the procurement management of Chang Qing oilfield from5aspects. Combination with relative theory and procurement management policy of China National Petroleum Corporation, on the basis of previous conclusion, offer the improvement program of procurement management. At the same time,put forward the improvement of material procurement plans, using one moving averages method to predict demand for goods, find the cost of procurement of materials makes the general category of procurement batch with the smallest volume. In order for the effective implementation of the improvement program, presented the company’s material purchasing management measures to be taken and countermeasures.The results of this research provide supports for improving the procurement management of Chang Qing Oilfield Company, and provide references for procurement management of the other enterprises.
