Q Oil Production Plant Fracturing Flowback Liquid Treatment Station Project Bidding Risk Control Research

Because possess the characteristics and principles of fairness, justice and competition,bidding has become a mainstream way and means of China’s commodity trading in particular to commodity trading.With the extensive application of bidding,the amount involved is more and more big, the risk of project bidding process has become even more prominent,touch upon the bidding scheme is not perfect and the policies and regulations, social economy, bidding documents, the bidder bidding strategy risk problem, this makes the project bidding risk management become an important issue.In this paper, the Q oil production plant fracturing flowback liquid treatment station project as the research object,based on the project bidding and risk control on the relevant theoretical research,a comprehensive analysis of the bidding program and bidding process in Q oil production plant fracturing flowback liquid treatment station project, using the brain storm method and questionnaire survey method to identify the risk of project bidding scheme, through the checklist method and questionnaire investigation method to identify the project bidding of other risks,and incentive analysis.using the averaging method and analytic hierarchy process( AHP method) to evaluate the risk of project bidding scheme and the other risk factors for project bidding, puts forward the risk control measures of bidding scheme perfect and other risk.This paper studies on the control of project bidding risk, are divided into two aspects of bidding scheme risk and other bidding risk,focuses on the study control the bidding risk of affect the subsequent,prevention and control of risk in bidding stage to the project construction, settlement stage to bury next hidden trouble,in the whole process of project bidding risk control perspective,to lay the foundation for the smooth implementation of the project in the future.
