With the rapid development of national economy sectors, particularly in theautomobile industry a pillar industry of the national economy in the21st century hasachieved rapid development. Nowadays, China is already on the production scale hasbecome the first in the world. Automobile manufacturing enterprise managementlevel and efficiency directly affect the development potential in the highlycompetitive market environment, modern, Which companies higher operationalefficiency, lower operating costs, it will be in a more favorable market competitionposition, the more able to win market, and then be able to win market financedenterprises, thus enabling enterprises to get healthy development. At the same timeas a national carrier of the automobile industry, automobile manufacturing enterpriselevel also reflects the level of a country’s manufacturing industry as a pillar industryof the national automotive industry, their operational level, operational quality andoperational efficiency of the entire country will affect the competitive force.In this paper, a newly established auto parts company’s operations managementfor the study, designed to explore the establishment of what kind of operationsmanagement processes for a newly established company is reasonable and effective,to explore the use of what kind of management tools to support the planning andplanning of operational processes. Operations management and human resources asmanagement, sales management, and financial management together as enterprisemanagement systems, quality and efficiency of its operation will directly affect thequality of other management forum of business. At the same time as the enterprisecontent management at most, involving the most extensive operations management,combing the connotation and denotation of its work to rationalize its internalprocesses logical relationship between the nature of the rules and truly understand andexplore business operation is very important. In this paper, according to ask questions-analysis of the problem-the logicalframework as a solution to the problem of writing a paper trail, the first of theexisting operators a description of the current situation, combined with the actualsituation of operational feedback from some of the difficulties and confusion in theoperational process.
