Study On Automobile Independent R&D Flow Optimization Of TJI

With the competition of globalization, information society and the knowledge economy era is coming, the diverse customer needs bring more and more competition and pressure to the enterprise. The survival and development of enterprises increasingly rely on flow efficiency and ability to respond quickly. Business flow is reasonable or not, determines the survival of enterprises. Therefore the continuous optimization and improvement is the most important for enterprise development. In this paper, we firstly introduce the concept, characteristics and principle of the flow optimization, and put forward ideas and methods of flow optimization.TJI founded in1999, is the earliest company aware of the importance of the vehicle development flow, and researching and exploring it. Along with the project development cooperation deeply with domestic and foreign manufactures, TJI has created a detailed vehicle development flow, and dedicated in the project practice. It guarantees the success for the automobile independent R&D and promotes Chinese automobile independent R&D. It’s an eternal topic for TJI to optimize and upgrade continually the development flow.In this paper, we analyzed the current status of automobile independent R&D flow and the existing problems of TJI by management methods. According to the flow optimization theory, the flow optimization proposal is done combined with the actual situation and problems of TJI. We focus on the current status and problems analysis to optimize the proposal design on project organizational structure, project management flow, proposal flow, deliverable review flow of different quality gates. And we put forward the implementation guarantees, process and risk management after flow optimization.It’s significant for not only TJI with the research and optimization of TJI automobile independent development flow, but also other companies of the same industry field.
