The fierce competition causes the enterprise comes to realize the fact that only dependingon the low cost to form the long-term superiority is difficult.The product quality becomes themost important consideration to make the purchase decision of high quality customer. At thesame time, the quality also gains high quota repayment and establishes brand image for theenterprise. The purpose of quality management is to find out common method to instruct theenterprise to carry out the quality management, and realizes improvement in this processcontinually. This paper aims at the three different roles of the enterprise: Supplier,manufacturer,and customer,to study the problem of external and internal quality managementof the enterprise, and provides the corresponding quality project tool to complete the goal ofquality management of the enterprise, enable the quality to make improvement continually.The Six Sigma quality process management is a method which proposed by MotorolaCorporation can improve the product quality and working efficiency management effectively,and also is the most widely used enterprise quality control method at present. The managementconcept of Six Sigma quality process can be concluded as: Through the designing,supervisingeach production working procedure and the business process, wins the most customer’ssatisfaction with the least investments and loss, consequently enhances the profit of enterprise.The goal of Six Sigma quality process, means that only3.4defects in every1million productswhich process including Defining, Measuring, Analyzing, Improving, Controlling–abbreviation is DMAIC method.Basing on the Six Sigma quality process method studies on the problem of quality controlof the supply chain. Initially elaborating the Six Sigma quality process elementary theories,including Six Sigma quality process’s meaning in mathematical statistic and quality control, theprimary coverage of Six Sigma quality process management. Additionally,taking the qualitycontrol development phase analysis as a basement, explained the supply chain quality controlidea and the characteristic, summing up the present situation of quality control of the enterpriseon supply chain in our coutry.Finally, the paper takes Yantai Famous Mountain Compression molding Company as acase, basing on investigating and studying the company’s supply chain quality controlling atpresent situation and the existent problems, analysised the enterprise data of produce qualityand the processes at present, formulating the Six Sigma quality process methods’ implementation plan of supply chain quality control in this enterprise; has studied the controlproduct quality pattern and the method which management is based on Six Sigma quality process,applying Six Sigma quality process quality improvement measure DMAIC simultaneously,solving problems which exists in improving production scrap rate of the quality controlling; andtaking this enterprise as the range pole, expanding the Six Sigma quality process managementto the entire strip supply chain to enhance the operation efficiency of the entire supply chainsystem.
