The consulting industry as a new industry is based on the provision of information and intelligence service, features a new industry, is a major component of the social service system, plays an increasingly significant role in today’s knowledge economy dominates society, led the national economic construction and social development. Management consulting as an effective means to strengthen and improve the business, is the world recognized. Modern consulting industry development shows the trend of globalization and highly professional. The advent of WTO, many large multinational management consulting firms to enter the Chinese market, the birth of the local small and medium-sized management consulting firms, the continuous development of China’s economy and expanding market gave the management consulting industry has huge potential in the development of our country. So there will be a relatively large space for the development of management consulting, but at the same time it will also be faced with a growing challenge. Quality of employees is not the whole, lack of management experience, the lack of a large integrated companies, cohabitation, lack of industry standards, lack of core competitiveness and so become the existence of the problem of the the present stage management consulting industry.The contents of the study include the following several sections:The first part, a brief description of the background and significance of the Management Consulting Co.,Ltd. Marketing Strategy, and to simple context finishing research content, method.The second part, a brief introduction to the management consulting industry’s status quo and development, as well as the problems and strengths of the management consulting industry exists.The third part, the analysis of the management consulting industry in China’s political and legal environment, economic environment, socio-cultural, environmental and technical environment characteristics, and the analyzes the five competitive situation of the management consulting industry in China, pointed out that the competition and the pattern of the management consulting industry, and to lay the basis of realistic analysis later.Fourth part brief introduction of the F consulting company and analyzes the major competitors of the F Management Consulting Co., Ltd., Beijing elite management consulting and triple minority management consulting firm, through the analysis of their strengths and weaknesses and characteristics can be better as F marketing strategy has targeted recommendations.Part V, for the above analysis and summary of the marketing strategy of the F Management Consulting Co., Ltd., including focused marketing strategy, personalized marketing strategies, relational marketing strategy, Internet marketing strategies and strategic cooperative marketing strategy.In this paper, by analyzing the status quo and the issues of China’s management consulting industry, and the F’s management consulting company SWOT analysis, summarized Company F of the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats, F’s marketing strategy conceived and designed F company’s marketing strategy: focus marketing strategies, personalized marketing strategy, relationship marketing strategy, internet marketing strategy, strategic alliances strategy.
