Research On Improvement Of Equipment Management Scheme For Jisan Electric Power Co., Ltd.

Equipment management which is the important guarantee of safe operation and improve business efficiency in the power generation enterprises is indispensable. Jisan Electric power co., LTD, who is affiliated to the Yanzhou mining group, providing power needed forGroup’s electrolytic aluminum factory through burning the coal.The first task of Jisan Electric power co., LTD,is improve power supply reliability for group production.Enhancing the reliability of power supply guarantee require better equipment management. Therefore, in this paper, combined with the author’s practical working in Jisan Electric power co., LTD,using the equipment management and relevant theory, optimizing the work systematically which aim at the defects of the daily equipment management.This article first introduced the background and significance of the subject, the purpose and the methodof research, the main content of the research and the overall structure, etc.;Then the relevant theories of equipment management were summarized which including the connotation and characteristics of modern equipment management, equipment management experience at domestic and foreign.Meanwhile,combining with the main task of equipment management, summarize the development trend of equipment management. Secondly, this paper mainly analyzed the overall situation of the Jisan Electric power co., LTD., including the organizational structure and division of labor, the current management system, authority division and the working process of the equipment management, etc., On the basis of equipment management has achieved certain, we found out the problems at present, and pointed out the necessity of remains to be perfect. Thirdly, in view of the equipment management problem inJisan Electric power co., LTD., we built equipment management mode based on TnPM which focus on five of six architecture, the SOON and FROG system and the establishment of five order six dimensional evaluation system. And we proposed a series of optimization scheme, including the refinement management based on the importance of equipment, theestablishment of equipment management appraisal index system, the implement of6S on-sitemanagement and the reinforceof special equipment management, etc.Finally, according to the characteristics of electric power enterprise that electromechanical equipment occupied the main position, improving the mechanical and electrical equipment management,carrying on"Thespecialmanagementof mechanical and electrical equipment management based on TnPM managing platform" inrepair workshop.Through analysisthe case ofimproved scheme toelectromechanical equipment management, shows the content of improved scheme and the results of implementation which can verify the validity of the improved scheme in Jisan Electric power co., LTD.
