Corporation is one of the most basic and important consisting unit of our developingsociety; In the same time, equipment is the material basement of a developing, living factory.A corporation is only running for producing goods on time, quantity and quality. All of that isdepending on equipment. So, equipment management, a sufficient usage, is a most importantprecondition for enterprise and society. In this paper, I take equipment management systemrunning in our factory as the researching object, analyze its merits and demerits in ourcorporation organization frame, and find a fit, economic, workable solution through studyingthis mode, tools, and efficiency.In this paper, I’ve compared equipment management mode between our country andother country, from old day to future. Mainly I research improvement of these mode applyingin Sunten Electric Company. I start my project from finding problem, lack or shortage ofequipment management ideas, system and flow, method, tools exited in my factory. After this,I use advanced, practical management method and technology to form a series of solution, forexample:Theory of Industrial engineering,“Just in time” management mode, Total productivemaintenance, Reliability central maintenance and Life cycle cost method etc. For earliertraditional management mode, we should form a continued creative environment; To trainingand developing skill of our colleagues, we have a new plan with human resource encouragepolicy. In the first basement stage of facility management, it is important to use of LCC(lifecycle cost)theory, it means that we not only take care of investing in short term, but also thinkpossible fee through all the equipment using life. According to6S, TPM, JIT these productiveor improving field activities, we make whole equipment maintenance flow very efficiency andsequence. Another improving basement part is management of equipment spare part, usingABC classification method; we can do it most economic and reliable.My paper runs two ways to get our system improving: one way is studying the structureof facility management, another way is using modern advanced management technology andanalyzing tools, like EAM, SM&FD, FMECA,FTA and KPI. After this, we boost ourenterprise’s core-competitive power, running efficiency, and make the maximum profit finally.
