Mechanism Of Sustainable Development Dang Ancient Villages Tourism Resources

With the rapid development of rural tourism, ancient village as a rural tourism also began to develop. In some ancient villages rich in tourism resources, tourism industry has become one of the dominant factors of economic growth, and led the development of restaurants, hotels, transportation and other related industries. However, in the development process, the environmental of ancient village often caused damage by the over-exploitation, which reduces the sustainable viability and potential for depth of development of ancient village. This paper made Dang families’Village as the research object, analyzed the problems of sustainable development of Dang families’Village’s tourism resources and proposed mechanism and measures for the sustainable development of tourism resources in order to provide reference and guidance to other ancient village tourism resources development.This thesis is made up by six parts. The first Part is leading, this part briefly described the thesis’background and significance, thesis research content, research methods, research ideas and frameworks. The second part is literature summa and theoretical basis. It summarizes the views about China’s ancient village tourism and Dang families’Village, and introduces some correlative theories. The third part analyzed the status of Dang families’ Village tourism resource development. It briefly introduce the foundation of the Dang families’Village’s tourism resource, described their development status through questionnaires and pointed out the problems of development. The forth part is the sustainable development mechanism of Dang families’Village’s tourism resources. It determined the participating subjects of tourism resources through in-depth interviews of research methods and analyzed the common interests and conflicts between them, then integrated the four elements of the system which included capital, human resources, technology and system to explore the mechanism integral part of sustainable development of Dang families’Village’s tourism resources including the drive mechanism, and innovative mechanisms, planning mechanisms, implementation mechanisms, feedback mechanisms and regulatory mechanisms that achieved shifting from tourism resources to tourism products. The fifth part researched the countermeasures for sustainable development of Dang families’Village’s tourism resources. It introduced some countermeasures based on the problems of development of Dang families’Village’s tourism resources. The sixth part is conclusion. It concluded the innovation, insignificancy and need further research.
