In today’s highly complex and constantly changing environment, HR has become the very first resource for enterprise to enhance its own competitiveness and maintain competitive advantage. Human resource strategy is a lighthouse for the human resources system which always changed with the development of the enterprise’s strategy. Particularly on the stage of strategic transition, the implementation situation of the change or transformation about enterprise’s internal management mechanism have directly influence on the enterprise’s survival and the directions of its future strategy. This study focuses on XS company, using interviews and questionnaires to research the business models and human resources management practices in different period. Using SPSS and other statistical software to analyze the interview and questionnaire, pointing out that pay level, employee involvement mechanisms, performance management and employee personal development are the main factors which affect human resource management practices currently. With AMO theory, this article is followed six dimensions, including company’s organizational system, the personnel management system, performance management system, incentive mechanism, training, staff development system and staff development channel, try to optimize the company’s human resources management practices with a corresponding programmes, and explain the actual schedule and the implementation processes, which enhances the operability of the programme.In the meantime, this article focus on the company’s human resource management practices which are in different business model and period, by studying the features of the human resources in different period and the role of the changing about the company’s business model, we try to summed up the necessity of the co-evolutionary between the company’s human resource management practices and business model. And we also suggest something should be noticed about the reform of human resources management model in domestic geological enterprises,based on former reform experience in this company.
