With the development of society, the industrial structure of the global economy is changing from "industrial economy" to "service economy". The characteristic to the coming of the arrival of the service economy era is the industry,which characterized by providing services,becoming more and more important in the economic structure. As a kind of modern service industry,property management industry have became an important measuring rule to the transformation of the economic structure for its particularity. Also, it plays an active role in promoting the optimization of economic structure and solving the problems of people's livelihood.With the expansion and development of the s property companies, enterprises have been developed gradually, however, the group management of s property company stay at the level of financial management and control, deep resources integration and sharing still don't be formed.Thus,the research to the field of s property of human resource management and control has important theoretical value and practical significance.Based on the investigation of the development status of the s property company's group management, trying to point out the problems and limitations of its human resource management in the framework of the exiting group management,trying to have a deep analysis to the foundation of the company human resource management system, the deep integration and sharing of resources, the effective control of the subsidiaries in further.Based on the research and application of the modern human resources management concept,trying to put a reasonable solution to the establishment of human resource management and control which matching with the business development strategy of the company,focusing on maximizing the effect of resources sharing and strategic coordination of the subsidiaries with the parent company under the premise of ensuring the independence of the subsidiary company themselves and mobilizing the initiative to manage of subsidiaries,so as to realize the effective strategic cohesion and collaborative development of the subsidiaries with the parent company. I hope this paper can provide useful help and reference to the human resource management and control for the other enterprise groups.
