The Research On Development Of Private Enterprises In Shanxi Province

The development of private enterprises in China has been the focus of the country’seconomic reforms since reform and opening up. Private enterprises has graduallybecome an important power driving economic and social development of China, Notonly it is an important source of revenue in our country， providing employmentopportunities for the community, but also a major force in China’s foreign trade.However, with the gradual deepening of opening up in China, the stock market hasfaced with global competition of large multinational enterprises and intensifies financialcrisis. The disadvantages of private enterprises development model gradually revealedin China.As a member of society, with the changes in society and development, enterprisealso requires a gradual evolution, such as change of business model, organizationalstructure. As is known to all, the vitality of enterprises is very fragile. It must transformin order to survive, and the motive power of enterprise transformation often comes fromthe contradiction between enterprise life and enterprise itself caused. In face of suchsituation, enterprises must establish a set of their own core products, only in this waycan break the bottleneck of enterprise development is limited, eventually make theenterprise transformation successfully.Since2006, private enterprises in Shanxi Province gradually embarked on a steadyand healthy development track under the guidance of Shanxi provincial government.For instance, private enterprises develop rapidly quality and efficiency graduallyincreased. It becomes an important component of the national economy in ShanxiProvince. However, we also recognize that economic development in Shanxi Province,the structural contradiction of development in private enterprises are more prominentbecause many private enterprises in Shanxi Province encountered problem of rawtension, a serious shortage of funds, transportation insecurity, and gap of largeelectricity supply. How to promote healthy and rapid development of private economy, accordance with the scientific concept of development to guide private enterprises toembark on the road of sustainable development, is an urgent problem.In this paper, as the research object of private enterprises in Shanxi Province, basedon the corporate growth theory, strategic management theory, enterprises reengineeringtheory, it combines Chinese private enterprises and the actual development of privateenterprises, analyzing the current development and problems of private enterprises inShanxi Province raising necessity issues of private enterprise development providing anew way of thinking, methods and measures to the healthy development of privateenterprise.
