The Taxi Company Financial Management Studies

As China ’s market economy continues to depth, taxi companies, throughmergers, restructuring, form a number of large rental companies, which putforward new demands on financial management model of the taxi companies. Inorder to speed up the development of enterprise, to realize scientific taxi companiesand regularization, the company must be combined with the actual situation of ourcountry and difference characteristics of taxi companies operating mode, sets upscientific taxi enterprise financial management model. This paper, based on thetheory of financial management,proposes some research methods, including:Financial Management application process for financial information managementtools to control the cost of financial management in the enterprise operating budget,Full control over the financial management of the inflow and out flow of funds, areasonable solution to the contradiction between the enterprise management. Thispaper studies the taxi company’s financial management issues, mainly through themethods and theoretical ideas of financial management,see enhancing theeffectiveness of financial management, controlling costs, reducing unnecessarywaste management, the implementation of management led to the financialmanagement of mutual cooperation, enterprising management and financialmanagement of synchronization management as the goal.Specifically, this paper studies the content of the five chapters:The first chapter, this paper expounds the Beijing taxi industry development experience, as well as the development of the rental car company in the northwithout timely and effective management control, and about the related researchstatus quo of financial management at home and abroad, and puts forward theframework of this study.The second chapter, analyzed is the north a rental car company operationmanagement present situation and the basic management process, in view of thefinancial management in the management of the effect, using the data analysisshows that the financial management in enterprise management is indispensable inthe management of..The third chapter mainly studies are from the north of the taxi companyfinancial management related issues, including the lack of financial management,enterprise financial strategic goals is not clear, lack of funds management, billmanagement is insufficient and lack of a comprehensive budget system, andrespectively discussed in detail.The fourth chapter, mainly for the former part put forward a series of financialmanagement problems, put forward the targeted improvement countermeasures,including the implementation of the budget management system, build financialinformation control system, cash flow control of the three parts of contents, anddetailed analysis respectively.
