Application Study Of Overall Budget Management In Automotive Parts Industry

Along with more and more intense competition in automobile industry, living room for automotive parts manufacturer is getting smaller and smaller. But QS company, an automotive parts manufacturer achieved rapid development in the industry. In the company's management process, Overall Budget Management makes a significant contribution to its success. This paper studies Overall Budget Management in QS Company.On the basis of searching plentiful literatures, sum-up and conclusion, this paper analyses existing condition of application and development of budget management in foreign and domestic enterprises, elaborates meaning, nature and effect of Overall Budget Management, and points out that Overall Budget Management is comprehensive and overall enterprise management, which is a kind of system with overall controllability, and an effective management method.Taking QS Company as an example, this paper analyses the background of Overall Budget Management implemented by the company. Considering actual situation in the company, this paper also describes current status of Overall Budget Management, summarizes and abstracts features, good methods and nice effects of implementing Overall Budget Management in the company, including establishment of organizational structure, enlargement of scope of Overall Budget Management, and extension beyond traditional financial management. Detailed implementing proposal and operating process are listed in this paper as well as suggestions for implementation is other enterprises.In addition, this paper also analyses some issues in the process of implementing Overall Budget Management and addresses some limitations introducing Overall Budget Management to other enterprises.
