| With China’s accession to the WTO, the acceleration of economic globalization and the improvement of informationization level not only give rare opportunities for the development of enterprises in our country, but also put forward a sharp challenge, that is, employers and employees is forming a two-way mode selection. At the era of knowledge economy, competition among enterprises is the competition for talent. The enterprise’s survival, development, and consolidation are just empty talk without a stable workforce. At operational level, a number of enterprises gradually put employee satisfaction equivalent to staff loyalty, and consider upgrading satisfaction can be achieved to the purpose of enhance loyalty, resulting in energy cost and not play its due effect.As a IT company, Hunan Shiyun Computer Company has made rapid development in recent years. However, lots of recruit people and large turnover made the company struggling with recruitment. This paper analyzed the status of the company’s employee loyalty, and considerd that the patriarchalism on the appointment and removal system, and the lack of internal communication have become hidden danger for loyalty and staff turnover. The company generally exists problems such as low employee loyalty, technical staff turnover rate rising, a large proportion of staff to resign, and poor awareness long service.This paper analyzed influencing factors of Hunan Shiyun Computer Company employee loyalty from the external factors, internal factors, personal factors, business factors and organizational factors. According to the results of interviews and questionnaires, the author analyzed relationship between employee loyalty status and the managers expected and identify the management experience and the weakness in the company employee loyalty. At last, this paper put forward strategies to enhance employee loyalty for the company, including improving the corporate culture, improving the recruitment system, building a competitive pay system, pay attention to employee career management and so on to provide a useful reference for enhancing the Hunan Shiyun Computer Company employee loyalty. |
