This paper studies the concepts of management ethics and harmonious corporate culture, analysis of a key role of management ethics in building a harmonious corporate culture in-depth. Through analysing the link between management ethics and harmonious corporate culture,it proved to achieve the management ethics reflects the main features of a harmonious corporate culture, and corporate culture is the external manifestation of management ethics. To build a harmonious enterprise culture mechanism through management ethics has four points:First, the establishment of short-acting and long-lasting harmony incentives. Two, implemente performance management standardization and flexibility harmoniously.Three, design a harmonious culture incentive system. Four, design ecological ethics system. For four ways up, we outlined the relevant circumstances of the case studies in N companies, and ultimately to rebuild N harmonious corporate culture by use of the ethical management principles. |
