With the development of human economic and social knowledge to speed up the process, knowledge has become the most important resources in modern society. The intellectual capital has gradually become the important resource of the organization and improving the competitiveness of enterprises. In the era of knowledge economy, networking and communications technology increasingly developed, natural persons carrying vast amounts of information, how to organize the internal members to exchange and transfer the knowledge; in the knowledge sharing behavior, how to change the tacit knowledge and explicit knowledge and other issues of mutual knowledge has been become critical issues. From ancient times, Confucian culture is seen as a code of conduct guidelines, however, mostly theoretical knowledge sharing established by the Western scholars in the background of Western thought, cannot be fully applicable to our cultural background.The main purpose of this study is based on Chinese cultural situation, drawing on existing knowledge sharing theories and abroad and analyzing the structure of knowledge sharing dimension; based on the individual level, to explore the behavior of the organization’s internal knowledge sharing the impact. How will the individual knowledge organization management orderly, put the knowledge into productivity, and can effectively in the organization is very important.By reading a lot of literature and related theoretical knowledge, added to knowledge sharing part of factors influence behavior, combined with the characteristics of Confucian culture, the essence of the Confucian culture are summarized and divided into four dimensions:human factors, harmony orientation, hierarchy and Lutheran spirit. And model construction, through questionnaire survey and interviews, from the view of Confucianism culture, to explore the organizational internal knowledge sharing behavior, influencing factors, and to test the hypothesis that the corresponding conclusion.The research writing architecture consists of five parts; each part is hereby the main contents are described below: The first chapter introduces the research background and motivation of this paper, elaborates the significance and value of the research, and the research scope and content determination.The second chapter is the review of the related theories, including the Confucian thought and knowledge sharing in two parts, and the present situation of Confucian thought and knowledge sharing behavior are reviewed more objective and comprehensive.The third chapter extends the basic theory of knowledge sharing, based on Confucianism as defined under the dimension of knowledge sharing and building knowledge sharing factor model proposed hypotheses.The fourth chapter is the main empirical study, in order to better understand the degree of fit between reality and theory, this research uses survey methods to collect part of the research data, to measure the influence of Confucianism under the guidance of organizational knowledge sharing behavior factors through correlation analysis SPSS18.0, and give the results.The fifth chapter discusses the results of the data analysis to identify internal knowledge sharing process issues; analysis of the limitations of the current study also puts forward suggestions for further improvements in future research, and studies discussed.The sixth chapter is contributions and outlook of the research. It makes a conclusion of the whole research, puts forward suggestions for improvement in the model, and analyzed the deficiency of this study and future research direction.
