Research On The Influencing Factors Of Network Behavior Based On ASCI In The Logistics Knowledge Staff

With the popularity of Internet technology applications in the enterprise, enterprise work are getting closer with computer networks and the technical level and network behavior of employees gradually affect the normal operation of the business or related to the development of their enterprises. Logistics enterprise is an important service and support industry demand for high-tech and high adaptability. Networked business environment for logistics employees put forward higher requirements, the level of network behavior of the staff affect the company’s business development to some extent, improving logistics enterprise network capacity is particularly necessary. ASCI project is a projct to improve the operational capacity of the computer in the American strategic development, make the project staff and excellent project management theory to extract deepen, extend the application to the logistics enterprise network behavior management among employees, then found that logistics enterprises improve network capacity of staff problems and propose appropriate solutions strategy.The research makes the ASCI research projects and theoretical studies of network behavior perspective; behavioral factors extracted from the strategic network computing power projects, and make logistics enterprise knowledge workers empirical analysis for the study. First,have a learning about the study of network behavior, knowledge workers and logistics companies to study literature review, combined with the existing network behavior models and factors from ASCI project to build logistics enterprise knowledge workers factors model of network behavior and extract application dimensions,the platform dimensions,the environmental dimension and the union dimension in four areas; Secondly, according to the extracted factors indicators to make logistics enterprise knowledge workers questionnaire, through literature studies, panel discussions, focus interviews, pre-surveys, questionnaires and formal recycling processes empirical analysis for farther study; Furthermore make the data to descriptive analysis, reliability analysis, quantitative research validity analysis, correlation analysis and factor analysis with the use of statistical analysis software SPSS20.0and found a number of issues of logistics enterprise knowledge workers network behavior exists and the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions basing the data results; Finally,summary and outlook studies.Through the logistics enterprise knowledge workers network behavior analysis and empirical research, in the application, the study proposes solutions for the logistics business strategy to enhance the network capacity of employees to help logistics enterprises to enhance the competitiveness of employees; in the theory of certain aspects, the study introduce the ASCI theory to the staff behavior management researching field of the logistics enterprise, strengthen research content in the field of network behavior.
