With the accelerated process of urbanization, China’s floating population continue to surge in the number. Migrant workers has become the major groups of the floating population. Migrant workers in the urban development process contribution to the force, but because of the tenancy they enjoy much less than the national preferential policies in the urban housing security. Housing problems of migrant workers caused widespread concern in society. To solve the housing problems of migrant workers related to the quality of life of migrant workers and the relationship with the city’s development and stability. Based on the literature to sort out the equalization of public services analysis and the theory of the supply of housing security for migrant workers, laid the full text of the theory keynote, and the course of development of the migrant workers housing security policy,the problems in development, constraints factors analysis and evaluation carried out, followed by analysis of the structure and type of the supply of affordable housing for migrant workers in China, representative mode to analyze the pros and cons, and provide the basis for the next step to propose appropriate countermeasures. Related research is then combined mode selection and allocation mechanism put forward China’s migrant workers supply of affordable housing proposed the diversified supply mechanism of the migrant workers of affordable housing, the financing mechanism, the allocation mechanism to ensure that migrant workers in China to enjoy the city fairly development results, can really achieve the dream of living in the city to promote the construction and prosperity of our city, provide a strong frame of reference for other related research.
