A Study On The Operation Cost Management Improvement Of Jicao Expressway Project Of Jilin Highway Construction Group

Along with the improvement of science and technology and economic level, theengineering projects become common and the effective project management can offerfavorable conditions for the smooth development of project. The capital waste can bereduced and the project benefit can be increased through the scientific project costmanagement. Similarly, the cost input of highway project construction can be reducedgreatly if the scientific and effective project cost management can be integrated into thehighway construction project so that the costs can be saved and the revenues can beincreased. Therefore, project cost management plays a core role in the highway constructionengineering management, which is the foundation of this research. This research is the deepresearch based on the theoretical system of the project cost management of Jicao expresswayconstruction and it analyzes the current situation of the project cost management of thehighway construction in China and the unsettled problems and tracks out the solutions forthe problems so as to combine the theory and practice of project cost management ofhighway construction and promote the efficient and low-cost development of highwayconstruction projects in China. In this research, the management of expressway constructionproject is introduced firstly and the contents, features, methods and marketing elements ofhighway construction project management are analyzed fully. Then, the specificimplementation of the project cost management of Jicao expressway project of JilinHighway Construction Group Company is explored and its organizational structure andrelevant systems are analyzed profoundly; besides, the cost budgeting is introduced and thecost management process of Jicao expressway construction project and the cost managementsituation of the project construction at present and the problems in the management areanalyzed in detail; the current management situation of Jicao expressway constructionproject can be grasped comprehensively through the above discussions and analyses and theexisting problems can be found for the next chapter and the effective solutions can be foundfor these problems so as to lay foundation for the effective cost management of the project.At last, the basic thinking for the improvement of cost management of Jicao expresswayconstruction project is settled and the principles that should be obeyed during theimprovement process are analyzed from the limiting factors of the cost optimization of project construction so as the realize the standardization construction of the constructionproject cost management system and construct the reasonable cost management protectionsystem finally.
