The pellet has the characteristics of high grade of iron smelting, uniform particlesize, good performance, is the burden of high quality; increase the pellet dosage canimprove the grade of ore into the furnace, improving BF burden structure, improvingproduction utilization coefficient, reducing the coke rate, improve the overallefficiency of iron and steel metallurgy. Shougang International Company from thebeginning of2000is devoted to the study of pellet project general contractingconstruction, has more than30the pellet production line. Pellet project constructionis increasing day by day, Shougang International how to grasp the pellet projectmanagement, how to grasp the most profitable of the procurement management,procurement management personnel need to think.Find the problems in project procurement management from a lot of pelletproject: qualified supplier evaluation mechanism is not perfect, the contractmanagement and the signing process monitoring loopholes and low efficiency,equipment manufacturing quality is not in place, equipment installation,commissioning, technical support and after sales service deletion. Starting from theseissues, overall optimization of pellet project, solve the existing problems inpurchasing management core, thereby improving the procurement management.Based on the management of pellet project equipment procurement ShougangInternational Company as the research object, through observing the law, empiricalresearch method, experience summary method analysis found that, there are manyloopholes in Shougang International Company pellet project procurementmanagement, procurement organizational structureis not perfect, low efficiency andother characteristics, optimization requires acomprehensive system. In the first chapter the paper describe the research background and significance,as well as the research methods and content.The second chapter is the introduction of Shougang International Companypellet project equipment procurement management status, mainly introduced the mainprocurement management organizational structure and human resources. Thenintroduced the features of pelletizing project procurement management, is the mainpurchasing professional strong, variety, purchasing engineer must understand theprocess characteristics. Finally, analyzed the existing problems in purchasingmanagement has been implemented in the project, and analyzed the.The third chapter is to propose a solution to a problem. The first is to reviewmechanism of qualified suppliers is optimized; second is to contract signing andperformance optimization; again is to optimize equipment quality inspection andprocess control; the last is optimized with respect to on-siteinstallation and after saleservice.The fourth chapter is the overall system optimization above, a systematicanalysis of purchasing management optimization of the pellet project, through thepractical implementation of Sichuan Desheng pellet project, a summary andevaluation of the effect of optimization, the tracking investigation and optimization ofthe project.Conclusion: good management of the purchase of the optimization of pelletproject Shougang International Company purchasing management operation of theactual project have effect, greatly enhance the work efficiency, and enhance thequality of equipment management, the optimization process of the above is correctand effective.
