With the rapid development of China’s social economy,procurement management is playing an increasingly important role in the development of enterprises.Effective procurement management can help enterprises to coordinate and fully allocate resources,help enterprises to continuously reduce business costs,improve competitiveness and creativity,and then promote the long-term development of enterprises.With the development and transformation of China’s economy,many enterprises are currently limited by development and profit decline.How to raise income and reduce expenditure,strengthen cost control and further improve corporate profits has become an urgent problem for enterprises to solve.In the purchase link,due to the development of information technology and the change of enterprise purchasing management mode,enterprise must through strengthening the management of purchasing link to quickly adapt to the market development and changes,thus reducing costs,improve the efficient use of funds,procurement should play the role of business support and value creation,and thus increase profits and enhance competitiveness.J Company is a large enterprise.At present,it adopts two procurement methods:centralized procurement with a large amount of money,and decentralized procurement management with a small amount of money.Taking J Company as the research object,this paper makes a detailed analysis of the theoretical concepts,contract management,process management,system management,supplier management and system management involved in J Company’s procurement management by applying the relevant theories of procurement management,and analyzes and summarizes the problems existing in the company’s procurement management: Supplier management disorder,contract management is not standard,low procurement efficiency.In view of the above problem and the reason analysis,proposed the corresponding practical optimization scheme: to strengthen the supplier management,standardize procurement contract management,improve the efficiency of procurement management,etc.,and from attaches great importance to the work of purchasing management,perfecting the system of guarantee system,perfecting the information system security system,strengthening the training study aspects of guarantee measures are put forward.This paper attempts to put forward some helpful suggestions and countermeasures for the future management and development of J Company through the overall grasp and sorting of J Company’s procurement business,and hopes that these suggestions and countermeasures can be used for reference in the same industry.
