With the automobile manufacturing industry, advanced technology rapiddevelopment of China’s automobile industry has grown as technology development,the automotive industry has gradually become one of the pillar industries of thenational economy, making the competition between the automotive industry also willalso lead to increasing excess production capacity. China’s auto industry experiencedfrom small to big process, but has now surpassed Japan and the United States, tobecome the world’s largest auto market. Car approached the homes of ordinarypeople, became part of the basic necessities of life. Chinese auto industry off theoccasion, we also see that the market competition between car companies arebecoming more and more intense, and this car’s exterior design, development cycle,cost-effective and personalized services and many other proposed more stringentstandards. In order to win a leading position in the automobile industry, carmanufacturing companies need to be able to seize the benefits of enterprisemanufacturing and operation and management of the enterprise should be higherrequirements, the use of advanced production methods in order to continuouslyreduce operating costs, to provide customers with higher quality of service and level.Logistics is to reduce the operating costs of a breakthrough, the implementation ofJIT can eliminate corporate waste in the production process, significantly reduceoperating costs, improve productivity and product quality. This topic will combineideas and JIT logistics company for A characteristic distribution of Company Aproposed improvement program.First, this paper analyzes logistics analysis of the current status of Company A,Company A major problem exists in logistics and distribution, and to analyze thecauses, major problems include excess supply, the supply of waiting, excessiveprocessing, waste handling, waste bad fix, inventory waste materials distributionprocess does not match the existing distribution, distribution of materials sortingdistrict education unreasonable, irrational storage, job site confusion, materialsproduction line space is tight, spare parts management is unreasonable, the main reason for the formation of these issues include the JIT superficial distribution,information technology is imperfect, self-conscious personnel management is notstrong.Secondly, Company A production site storage center to improve logistics anddistribution; proposed different solutions based on the proximity of suppliers,assembly line for the A’s closer supplier synchronous distribution methods fordistance field a supplier will be made in accordance with the production planmaterial requirements, then the material supplier to Company A warehouse anddistribution center, unified management by the company A storage center;simultaneously, depending on the characteristics of components, respectivelypunctual delivery and the use of JIT SPS parts sorting system components on-lineoperations, planning on picking area and standardized distribution process.Finally, Company A’s improved logistics and distribution modes: includingoptimization of distribution methods, distribution optimization of container optimizeinformation delivery platform, optimized delivery vehicle path. SPS-relatedoptimization of material distribution device, such as improved methods of CompanyA set of goods warehousing center, SPS improved material distribution apparatus,improved design SPS chosen area district, with the establishment of anti-leakagemismatch model and applications. To improve the implementation of the pilotprogram, and concluded that the implementation of improvements made to optimizethe desired effect.
