With the development of the era of new knowledge economy, successfulbusiness depending on four factors: natural resources, capital, technology andmanpower. In other words, successful business needs rich natural resources,abundant capital, advanced technology and high quality manpower. Naturalresources and funds are no longer advantages, technology and human resources willbe a key competitive factor as main weapons and enhancing nationalcompetitiveness for successful business. Talent becomes the key factor in thecompetition among enterprises. Human resource has become a key point ofcompetition among enterprises. Whether the enterprises can develop a sustainablecompetitive advantage depends on the ability to obtain a high quality humanresource management. Under the environment of fierce competitive for economicinternationalization and liberalization, international trade and foreign investment hasbeen fast-growing worldwide. It’s necessary to rely on the staff expertise in pursuitof products, services and innovative technology for a successful business andmaking human resource management play a more important role.SMEs play a vital role in the economic development of Taiwan.Thanks to the97.8%of the SMEs in the past, Taiwan’s economic development can create miracles.In this paper, a comprehensive theoretical knowledge of human resourcemanagement is used in the form of interviews by owning good performance of fourTaiwan small and medium enterprises. At the same time, make a comprehensiveanalysis on four small and medium enterprise human resource managementpracticing. Furthermore, I want to make an objective description of the research forSMEs on the mainland small and medium enterprises and even impose a certainsignificance on it. In this paper, through in-depth interviews and combine theoretical research andempirical analysis, making a completion analysis of four good performance of SMEshuman resource management in Taiwan through qualitative research methods. Theresult shows that: according to the impletion of the results of four good performanceSMEs in Taiwan, on the one hand, HRM has relevance with organizationalsustainability competitive advantage, on the other hand, different types of enterprisesin different implementation ways of human resource management practices.
