Research On Stakeholders Satisfaction Based On Corporate Social Responsibility

The continuous economic development drives the development and expansionof modern enterprises, they will be effective in labor, capital and managers into one,they continue to inspire people to innovate, to help investors, operators and laborersto realize the value of life, increasing the fiscal revenue, promoting the building ofsocial material civilization and spiritual civilization. But the modern enterprisesexpansion have also brought some negative phenomenon: some companies blindlypursued the interests of stockholders and managers, employees, consumers and hadno scruples against the interests of creditors. These phenomena to a certain extentbecause of too much emphasis on economic benefits, ignoring the socialconsequences. But in the long-term development of the business has graduallyformed the "shareholders first" or "consumer first" fixed thinking mode, so thatenterprises in the right or when the distribution of interests, the neglect of thestakeholders existing. This needs to identify the stakeholders of enterprises, theevaluation of these rights of stakeholders, analyze the correlation between thesestakeholders and enterprises, the importance and influence of stakeholders areproperly ordered, reasonable and effective configuration of the interests of allstakeholders.According to the theory of corporate social responsibility and stakeholder theory,the paper firstly analyzes the motive analysis of stakeholder satisfaction. Thenaccording to the different interests of enterprises related to build stakeholdersatisfaction evaluation index, an empirical study is performed based on stakeholdersatisfaction evaluation, empirical research on the use of fuzzy comprehensiveevaluation method of stakeholders on Zhangyu Chateau Custer satisfaction. Finally,through the relevant government department, enterprise and the interests of the game,the game between different stakeholders and internal stakeholders between the game,improve the mechanism of the stakeholders satisfaction.
