With the expansion of China’s opening to the whole world for more than30years, China become an more and more important role in the global production and trade. To the end of2011,China’s total import and export volume topped the$3,000,000,000,000trade milestone, the trade scale of$3.642trillion.The booming global trade not only embodies China’s macroeconomic trends in good running condition in the last30years, but also helps with the domestic economic growth and industrial upgrading. However, though the analysis, we can see that China’s import and export structure also with th status of our country’s position in the new international division of labor have a lot of room for improvement. therefore, study how to benefits the structure of China’s im/export better, how to derive greater benefits to our country in the global value chain has s strong pratical singificance.To improve China’s international investment position. as well as to improve China to study in the new international division of labor status. First of all,through the empirical analysis of China’s international investment position, explained the various factors that affect China’s IIP changes. Secondly, NIDL theory and reality development in detail, and illustrates the important role of multinational FDI to improve the status of China’s NIDL. In turn linked to both improve China’s IIPand the satus of NIDL is positively related to reunification. Finally, accouding to the study concluded that combined with China’s situation, I made some policy recommerndations tu better particapate in the NIDL and also improve the IIP.
