| Due to the continuous development of economic globalization,the regional boundaries of product production have also become blurred,and different links from production to sales can span two or more countries.The value-added process in the value creation system of products is also divided into product design,assembly,sales,service,and recycling in different countries.These value-added links have broken through the boundaries between companies and countries,become global distribution and transfer,and become global The form of the value chain.With the changes in the traditional form of international division of labor,understanding the international division of labor and related issues has received more and more attention from the perspective of global value chains.Most previous scholars believe that China's manufacturing industry is generally involved in low-value-added activities,that is,production activities are part of the global value chain,but China has become an important economy in the global economy that cannot be ignored during the process of integration into the international division of labor.Not only has the export volume been in a leading position in the world,but it is also a major importer of raw materials,intermediate products and other commodities in the world.Therefore,whether or not China's global value chain status changes has become an important issue in the development of China's manufacturing industry.Firstly,through the perspective of the global value chain upstream through theAntr,proposed by s index,using 13 industry segments output data of different countries and industry investment in WIOTs Chinese in manufacturing 2000-2014 global value chain analysis,the global value chain position China manufacturing industry overall upward trend,and status the global value chain is the highest technology intensive sector,followed by the capital intensive sector,the lowest is labor-intensive sector;Secondly,comparing the status of the global value chain Chinese manufacturing industry and the United States,Japan's manufacturing industry,China manufacturing industry in the global value chain of capital and technology intensive sector is far lower than the United States and Japan,but in the global value chain position of labor-intensive sector than the other two countries,that Chinese in manufacturing industry the advantages of the international division of labor is still labor-intensive sector;Then,this paper deeply analyzes the influence factors of China theory of manufacturing industry in the status of the global value chain and empirical analysis of the factors of investment in research and development,four aspects of factor endowment,technology level and economic environment of China manufacturing industry influence in the position of global value chain,found that the industry factor endowment,technology level,industry scale and industry the industry environment has a significant positive effect on the overall China manufacturing industry in the global value chain to enhance the status,at the same time for the industry classification analysis can find different explanatory variables for effects of different industries are not consistent,so it should be to enhance the global value chain position corresponding to the industry according to the industry difference.Finally,according to the different manufacturing of global value chain position corresponding promotion methods: for labor intensive sectors,should increase the export of high value-added products and the introduction of foreign direct investment;for capital intensive sectors,should actively introduce foreign direct investment and expanding industry scale;for technology intensive departments should intensify thedevelopment of China the Department of investment,and the enterprise and the government should make joint efforts to encourage independent research and absorb all the outstanding scientific research personnel,pay attention to the development of high technology from the source. |
