The family business now has become a very important part of China’s private enterprises, and is playing a pivotal role in China’s economic structure. With highly growing, the family business in China is undergoing a large-scale turn-over times between the founder of the enterprise and the "second-generation" successor. The important symbol of the family business differencing from the ordinary private enterprises is its natural connection with the family. So the alternation of power is not the same as business managers in ordinary succession. Successful succession in family firms is the best wishes for many Chinese family firms, but many cannot escape the spell of "rich only three generation". But at present the theorists about the succession of the family business focus on the intergenerational transmission of intergenerational transmission plan from the view of the control, ownership point, and there are not too many scholars have noted that the network of relationships of the family business in the intergenerational transmission has been dissimilated due to the special nature of the network of social relations in China social environment. Based on in-depth analysis of the properties of the network of social relations, we will proposes the conceptual model and the theoretical assumptions of the degree of power-dependent, sharing resources will, resource-rich, relational dependence, mutual trust between the members and the homogeneity of the resource in the network of relationships with the dissimulation of the succession process of the family business from the perspective of the network structure, by the research about three influencing factors of the dissimulation of the succession process of the family business:power, emotional and rules factors. At the same time, we have an in-depth cross case study by choosing five different size cases from different industries, we examine the research hypotheses and raise that the inheritors and successors should be re-build their "fathers" and its own network of relationship by strategic cultivation and cultural heritage, ownership structure and governance structure reform and optimization, knowledge transfer and the ability to nurture, build bridges and structural optimization and so on during the succession process of the family business on the basis of theoretical studies. The re-examine on the succession process of the family business from the alienation and rheological of the networks perspective not only take a new perspective and enlightenment of the theoretical study for the intergenerational transmission, but more importantly, take much feasible strategies and inspiration for the family business which is the edge of the intergenerational transmission in China.
