Evaluation Of Engineering Materials Management Project Partners

The partnering has already become the important profit source of enterprise. It is the important source of the enterprise to lower costs and make the advantage of the competition. With the development of the economic globalization and the aggravation day by day of the competition, in order to strengthen the key competitiveness, enterprise begin to turn to outside and integrate, wrap up partners outside, which can make the enterprise participate in the competition for the whole advantage. Facing by such environment, it is of great significance to properly assess partners for building a solid organization pattern, promoting operational efficiency of the material management system, and choosing appropriate material management partners promptly.Firstly, the paper introduces the project management and the partnering, analyses some processes about the material management partners choice, and some evaluation methods that are used to select appropriate partners.Secondly, on the basis of previous studies, influent factors of material management partners choice are analyzed. Then an index system of material management partners evaluation is constructed. Thirdly, through enterprise questionnaire within ZSD-XA, related factors are validated by using descriptive statistical method, and the index system is corrected by using factor analysis, then an index system of ZSD-XA material management partners evaluation is constructed. Finally, it takes two partners as demonstration, and use fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to evaluate partners’ service.The research indicates that it can help ZSD-XA to select rapidly and correctly the material management partners to match enterprise developing; and it is advantaged for ZSD-XA to select partners and build long-term partner relationship, achieve general cost lowest, then improving enterprise competitive power.
