Research On Characteristic Indexes And Standards Of Two-oriented Enterprises

The construction of ecological civilization has been placed in a prominent positionfrom party eighteen generals. But promoting construction of two-oriented society is aneffective way to achieve the construction of ecological civilization. As the microscopicmain body of society, whether enterprises fulfilling obligations of the two-orientedconstruction will directly influence the success and the progress of two-oriented societyconstruction. To this end, enterprises must change the double-height extensivemanagement mode of high energy consumption and high pollution to carry out thestrategic transformation of energy conservation. To become resource-saving andenvironment-friendly enterprises, the new target of low-cost, low-carbon, and lessemission, modest profit must be formulated. In the construction of two-orientedenterprises, it is particularly necessary to build the scientific evaluation index system fortwo-oriented enterprises. This evaluation system will be used to evaluate achievementsand shortcomings more scientifically and reasonably in the two-oriented constructingabout enterprises. It can also supervise the development and construction of two-orientedenterprises better.This research firstly makes an analysis of present researches about evaluation indexsystem on two-oriented enterprises and related aspects. It then gives a detailed descriptionof typical theories about two-oriented features for enterprises. Following that， thedefinition and basic characters of two-oriented enterprises are depicted．And on the basis,this research divides industrial enterprises into arterial enterprises and venous enterprises(renewable resource enterprises) according to circular economy industrial categories. Incombination with the certain building principles and steps about index system,the evaluation index systems of two-oriented enterprises for artery enterprises andrenewable resource enterprises are respectively established.Among them, resource-savingand environment-friendly indicators are used to evaluate ecological benefit. Economicdevelopment ability and the level of enterprise gains are applied to evaluate economicbenefit. Social responsibility and innovation indicators are used to evaluate social benefit. The ecological benefit branch of index system for the renewable resource enterprisetwo-oriented constructing is chosen to study further. The standards of indexes in thisbranch evaluation system are developed. The weights of indexes are calculated throughAHP.And the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model is established to evaluate thissystem. Then a renewable resource company is chosen as the sample for empiricalevaluation. The conclusion proves that the ecological benefit index and standard for therenewable resource enterprise two-oriented constructing is reasonable.
