With the deepening of the process of China’s reform and opening up and development, China has entered the era of the knowledge economy. Human resources to become a key resource for the survival and development of enterprises, the importance of human resource management has been increasingly important manifestation. The employees enterprise value creators and important human capital, enterprise development and access to power and the source of sustainable competitive advantage. The major decision-making, management rely on management personnel to complete; while the final completion of the construction, service tasks by the majority of the front-line employees, this is the crux. I believe that to the guidance of the scientific concept of development, adhere to the people-oriented, to strengthen the staff team building.
