With fast economy development of China, the competitions between companies are not just only competition of brands, quality, marketing strategy, and more and more it is competition of human resources. We can say that who own the best talents is the final winner. So how to motivate them with working passions effectively, how to make them spare no every effort in working while creating value for the company with their personal working skills, these are the problems for many companies to face with now.In recent years, the company DI which have more than20years business history faced the problems of employee complaining, less working passion, resignation rate increasing year by year etc. How to solve these problems is already a headache problem for its managers. This article use employee motivation of human resources management as argument point to try to help the company to solve those problems by enforcing human resources management while using scientific motivation methods to change the difficult position it faced.This article introduced the basic information of DI Company and current employee motivation condition from viewpoint of human resources structure, compensation&benefit management, company culture and promotion at first. Four real stories were using to reveal the current low passion working conditions. Then the methods of motivation related theory, questionnaire survey and experience summarizing were used to make the analysis of current DI management conditions and identify the main problem on employee motivation. The main reasons which were found out at last for motivation problems are being lack of scientific C&B system, being lack of perfect performance management system, management system being chaotic, being lack of employee career development design, being lack of motivation consciousness for managers in middle level.For solving exist problems and also for establishing a scientific employee motivation system, the article will provide solutions and suggestions from viewpoints of compensation and benefit structure design, the establishment of motivation policy related to performance assessment, career development design by dual choices of administration and skills.Hopefully by those management improvement and innovation the current working status of DI employee can be changed, DI Company can get continuous and healthy development and provide some references for those companies with the same development experiences as DI at the same time.
