Employee creative performance is a potential resource that determines the survival,change and innovation of a company,and there are many influencing factors.The current global industrial chain continues to be turbulent,and career resilience has become an important independent variable for employee creative performance.As a positive internal resource in positive organizational behavior,there are few research results on career resilience,the overall theoretical framework has not yet been formed,and there is still much room for further exploration and discussion.From the perspective of motivation,this paper studies the impact of career resilience on employee creative performance.In order to further explore the influence mechanism of career resilience on employee creative performance,this paper uses personality trait theory,self-determination theory,social information processing theory and conservation of resources theory,with innovation motivation as the mediating variable,environmental uncertainty and perception of organizational support as the moderating variables,and constructed a dual-adjustment research model of the relationship between career resilience and employee creative performance.SPSS25.0 and LISREL8.70 and other software were used to process and analyze445 valid questionnaires to verify the research hypothesis.The results show that:(1)Career resilience can directly and positively affect radical creative performance and incremental creative performance,of which radical creative performance is more strongly influenced by career resilience.SPSS25.0 and LISREL8.70 and other software were used to process and analyze445 valid questionnaires to verify the research hypothesis.The results show that:(1)Career resilience can directly and positively affect radical creative performance and incremental creative performance,of which radical creative performance is more strongly positively affected by career resilience;(2)Career resilience has an positive effect on radical creative performance and incremental creative performance by influencing innovation motivation;(3)This paper conducts an exploratory study on the overall moderating effects of environmental uncertainty and perceived organizational support.Both environmental uncertainty and perceived organizational support play a positive regulatory role.When both are at a relatively high level,the creative effect of career resilience is the strongest;(4)The positive regulatory effect of perceived organizational support is stronger than that of environmental uncertainty.Certainty;and the strength of the positive moderating effect of innovation motivation between the career resilience of employees and radical creative performance is greater than the strength of the positive moderating effect of innovation motivation between career resilience and incremental creative performance.Finally,this paper gives relevant countermeasures and suggestions for improving employee creative performance from three aspects: selecting and educating people,setting incentives and timely supply.This study enriches the existing researches on career resilience,innovation motivation,employee creative performance and other fields to a certain extent,and expands the relevant human resource management theories.
