With the development of society, the development of enterprises has not only depended on the adequacy of resources, but more dependent on the full utilization of human resources. How to give full play of "human" factor in enterprise development career planning and management theory became one of the most important research topic in academia and the business community. From the background above, this paper research how to conduct career planning and management of development and implementation of improvement programs in HS automobile manufacturing companies.This paper first describes the background and conduct research institute based on the theory, then introduce HS enterprise human resource management status, and questions are given through questionnaires, interviews and other forms. Hence while the impact of these issues carried out, HS’career planning and management improvement programs are given, and propose solutions to ensure the program put forward are also given.Through research, we draw the following conclusions:First, HS enterprises existing staff career planning and management program primarily exists career development needs of individual employees, career development goals guidance, staff promotion channel systems, training content and methods and other issues, and lack in support of implementation of the program management ideas, information systems, pay system, performance management appraisal system.Second, HS career planning business management can be improved in four areas:clear the need of employees, directing staff to set goals, build and improve career development path, develop a targeted staff training programs;Third, by establishing a people-oriented management philosophy, building smooth information transmission channels, implement a more incentive pay system, improve performance management and appraisal system, can protect such program came into reality.Overall, this paper analysis the this specific instance of HS enterprise, in-depth study of the career planning and management theory in practice in the application, and come with a certain reference value theory and practice of research findings.
