Regulation Of Food Safety Kunming Trade And Industry Bureau Wuhua Circulation

Food is the substance foundation of people’s life, and the prerequisite of social development and national stability. Therefore, food safety has been attached to great importance in all the countries of the world. Today, food safety problems are frequently arising, as food production becomes large-scale and specialized, and chemical products and new technologies are adopted in food production. The events of poisonous milk powder in China and polluted egg in America reveals that food safety problem is unavoidable in both developing economies, of which food safety supervision system is developing, and the developed world, which boasts its well-developed supervision system over food safety. Under this background, food safety attracts the worldwide attention.This paper consists of six parts. At the beginning, the thesis reviews the current researches on theories of food safety supervision, introduces its purpose and significance, and explores theories of food safety supervision on the basis of analyzing the definition of food safety supervision. Then, it carries out case analysis on food safety supervision in the process of circulation in Wuhua District of Kunming City. In conclusion part, the paper puts forward some suggestions on supervision in the procession of circulation for Industrial and Commercial Administration of Wuhua District.
