With the continuous development of economy in our country, the national quality of life have greatly improved, people also more and more attention to the quality of life and detail, the development of the pharmaceutical industry to improve the quality of our national life, the improvement of health and the national overall development status has a positive role in promoting.As for domestic pharmaceutical enterprises continue to rise, China’s pharmaceutical industry competition is becoming more intense. Both domestic companies and multinational companies want ahead of in the rapidly expanding market share. In the fierce market competition behind quality and capability are essentially all pharmaceutical enterprises in China in the competition. Enterprise personnel quality and the ability to directly determine whether companies can gain some market share.Along with our country medicine market rising prosperity, good drug developers also becomes scarce, how to retain excellent research and development personnel and reduce the loss of excellent R&D staff became drugs industry an important problem in human resources management.The loss of excellent research and development isn’t just about a company’s product development capabilities, and have an adverse effect on the whole enterprise, affecting the stability of the enterprise and sense of belonging among employees as well as the establishment of trust. Retaining quality research designed to improve enterprise’s product development capability and capacity for sustainable development. The pacesetter for the TD to the pharmaceutical companies as our target, as the TD the continuous development of the company, company’s research and development staff wastage problem highlighted, the loss of outstanding researchers to some extent has begun to affect TD sustainable development of the company’s research and Development Department. How to reduce the wastage of talents, enhance loyalty of excellent researchers have become TD company urgent problem. This response to TD’s actual situation, and TD research personnel management system of the company to undertake a situation analysis, through analysis of the problem, put forward corresponding countermeasures, TD has extremely important practical significance for the long-term development of the company.This article introduced the brain drain on the basis of the theory, TD’s present situation investigation and analysis of research and development personnel, based on an analysis of the content and results as to find out the problems that exist, and further proposed methods and ideas to solve the problem. This paper is divided into five parts:the first part is the introduction, introduced the background, purpose and meaning in this research, research, research methods, and possible innovations. Second part is the theory, brain drain of comprehensive systematic review of the relevant theories and current research. The third part is TD Corporation introduces, makes a brief introduction to TD Corporation and the research and development team, and researches and develops the personnel outflow take TD Corporation as the case, analyzed the company to research and develop the personnel to drain the question the present situation, and possibly gave the negative effect on talented person’s outflow which the enterprise, the society and created personally to carry on the multianalysis, simultaneously analyzed has researched and developed the personnel to drain behind the question the reason. The fourth part researches and develops the reason according to TD Corporation which the personnel drains to propose the concrete solution countermeasure. The fifth part for the research conclusion and the forecast, carries on the summary to this article findings, and has carried on the forecast to this research direction.
