With the de velopment of our econom y and the im provement of people' s living standard,people's travel,tourism and other activities have greatly pro moted the rapid development of the hotel industry in Shenyang.The developm ent of the industry not only brings about the co mpetition among hotels,but also brings many problems to be solved.One of the problem s is: Shenyang hotel has shown a very abnorm al phenomenon of employee turnover.The Shenyang New Inn is an internationa l brand of Liaoning Province,Shenyang City,the business of five star hotels,which is located in HepingDistr ict,it is the id eal place for meetings,banquets,education and training,leisure and entertainment.With the increasing competition in this industry,the hotel staff turnover problem is very serious,the existing staff of the instability not onl y affects the normal operation of the hotel interior,but also increased the cost of employing the hotel,m ore serious is the development prospects of the enterprises in the future.Therefore,Shenyang New Inn in order to reverse this situation,it is necessa ry to put forward and im plement a series of measures to solve.According to the current situation of Shenyang New Inn employee turnover,using relevant management theory,adopts th e method of questionna ire and on-the-spot interviews,take the current human resource policy and management system as the main research object,analy sis of the causes of the problem s and the reason for e mployee turnover,solve measures and solutions loss crisis in Shenyang The New Inn staf f,hope that through these m ethods and measures can help alleviate the adverse ef fects caused by the hotel to hotel excessive loss of employees,the benign development track into the hotel.The results of this study for the sam e industry star-rated hotel to prevent the loss of employees,has a universal reference.
