In recent years, the development of domestic creative enterprises face more than other industry opportunities and serious challenges, with the knowledge and skills of creative talent has become the core capital of enterprise development, to take effective measures to reduce the loss of creative talents has become more enterprises need to face and solve problems.The creative talents who have the knowledge and skills will become the core capital of the organization. They will play the important role in the development of society. Thus the issue of the creative talents loss has become the most important and necessary problem which the enterprises will have to face and solve immediately. To observe the problem comprehensively by all angles of view, to find a solution and puts forward some countermeasures to control and reduce the problem of staff turnover:To set up and improve the employees' career management, to set up a reasonable salary system, to establish a harmonious employee relations and a crisis management system. Although the research object of this paper is the company, but expectations for the reasons and the research of countermeasures of the company staff turnover to be able to provide the beneficial reference for the human resource management in the similar private enterprises.
