Hunan Rural Personal Insurance Present Situation, Problems And Countermeasures

In recent years, the number one central file has been around agriculture and rural farmers, to fully explain the "three rural" issue has been a party, the state and the people the focus of attention. Communist Party Congress formally proposed to solve and implement agriculture, rural areas and farmers this major issue, placed in a well-off society and building a harmonious society, priority level. CPC Central Committee and State Council on the "three rural" spirit, which is a difficult and important issues for our country in this most populous country in large number and income of rural population in the bottom of the pyramid of security issues.Development of Rural life insurance there is relatively low economic income of farmers, farmers’ demand for insurance products and other factors do not match, through field visits to investigate and access to a large number of rural life insurance-related literature, life insurance in rural areas in Hunan Province development gives some rational measures for the government and insurance companies to do the appropriate reference, which is the country until the vast rural areas of Hunan to meet the insurance needs of, and expand insurance coverage in rural areas and improve the rural social security system and rural financial system are important significance.This thesis includes the following six parts: The first part of this paper outlines the research background, purpose, significance and dynamics; second part of the present study is based on the relevant concepts and the theoretical foundation; Part III status of Rural Life Insurance for doing a brief introduction; fourth part analyzes the development of Rural Life Insurance necessity; fifth part of Rural Life Insurance and the reasons for the current problems are analyzed; part VI in conclusion, on the basis of earlier studies, draw conclusions, and propose countermeasures.
