Mariculture Tidal Flat Resources Value And Value Research In Liaoning Coastal Zone

Tidal flat is an important part of the coastal zone, and which is the important reserveland resources in our country. Liaoning province, across the Hanghai and Bohai, have a greatdeal of tidal flat resources. This paper use for reference of at home and abroad about valueassessment theory and method of coastal zone, take15counties of Liaoning coastal zone anddistricts as evaluation unit, with its mariculture with coating (used for mariculture tidal flat) asthe assessment object, establish classification and garadation price system of mariculture tidalflat, classy and garade the mariculture tidal flat resources,and evaluation the price and valueof the resources, the results showed that:(1)The Liaoning coastal zone mariculture tidal flat resources concentrated inDalian,Wafangdian, Linghai, Panshan county, and Dawa county in northern Hanghai,Chanhai county, Zhuanghe and Donggang in southeast and north of Liaodong bay. InWafangdian,the area of mariculture tidal flat resource is40086.28hm~2, take22.40%of totalmariculture tidal flat of Liaoning coastal zone, Dalian, Zhuanghe, Linghai and Changhaicounty, theris area percentage were14.88%,12.99%,11.43%and8.25%. Suizhong countycity, Gaizhou, Huludao and Jinzhou, which area percentage of mariculture tidal flat resourcewere less than1%.(2)Comprehensive the natural, social and economic conditions of mariculture tidal flatresources in Liaoning coastal zone, divided the resources into Ⅰ, Ⅱ, Ⅲ level3levels. Themariculture tidal flat resource of Wafangdian, ChangHai county, Dalian city, Zhuanghe andDonggang belong to Ⅰlevel resource, it’s area is118636.50hm~2, take66.28%of total area ofmariculture tidal flat resources in Liaoning coastal zone,which resource price of mariculturetidal flat was1.6396million yuan/hm~2,1.5406million yuan/hm~2,1.5136million yuan/hm~2,1.4411million yuan/hm~2and1.374million yuan/hm~2; The mariculture tidal flat resources ofLinghai and Xingcheng, Jinzhou, Hhuludao city, Pulandian belong to Ⅱlevel resource, it’sarea is38941.76hm~2, take21.76%of total area of mariculture tidal flat resources in Liaoningcoastal zone,which resource price of mariculture tidal flat were283700yuan/hm~2respectively,280900yuan/hm~2,251600yuan/hm~2,248200yuan/hm~2,243300yuan/hm~2and236600yuan/hm~2; The mariculture tidal flat resources in Yingkou city, Suizhong county, Panshanand Dawa county belong to Ⅲ level resource, it’s area is21414.21hm~2, take11.96%of total area of mariculture tidal flat resources in Liaoning coastal zone,which resource price ofmariculture tidal flat were75500yuan/hm~2,75200yuan/hm~2,73700yuan/hm~2and67900yuan/hm~2. The average price ofⅠ,Ⅱ, Ⅲ level mariculture tidal flat resources is1.5018million yuan/hm~2,1.5018million yuan/hm~2,73100yuan/hm~2.(3)The value ofⅠlevel mariculture tidal flat resources is181.396billion yuan, take93.84%of the total value of Liaoning coastal zone mariculture tidal flat resources; the valueof Ⅱ level mariculture tidal flat resources is10.386billion yuan, account for5.37%of thetotal value; the value of Ⅲ level mariculture tidal flat resource is1.514billion, accounts foronly0.78%of the total value.
