| Currently, the land resource constraints have become the most critical factor that restricts the economic development of Tianjin Binhai New Area and influences foreign investment in Tianjin. With the rapid increasing of economic development in Tianjin, the demand for new land resources will increase further. In this situation, land reclamation from the sea has become an important strategy to guarantee the economic development in Tianjin. However, how to layout the marine project reasonable, to take a scientific approach to reduce the environmental impact of the reclamation and to effectively supervise the marine construction projects are the critical issues that must be carefully discussed before the land reclamation. Under such circumstance, this paper studied the development of the tidal flat project (Phaseâ… ) in Tianjin Harbor Industrial Park with modern engineering economy principle.Firstly, considering the needs of economic development in Tianjin, the important development strategy of tidal flat project is discussed which clears the direction of the thesis. In the second chapter, from the perspective of marine construction, the development and utilization of Tianjin Harbor Industrial Park is analyzed in full range, which made a solid base for the implementation of the tidal flat project in Tianjin Harbor Industrial Park. In chapterâ…¢, under the basic principle of marine construction, the layout of the project, the principle of project layout plan, the testing program of road constructions, and the analysis and countermeasure for the area caused by natural variability are put forward. In chapterâ…£, by integrated using the basic principles of engineering economy and simulation prediction, the tidal flat project (Phaseâ… ) of Tianjin Harbor Industrial Park is further studied systematically. |
