The Research Of Calculating Method In Export Oriented Mariculture

With the development of people's daily life, the demand of protein is increasing and sea foods have rich protein which can meet people's need. In recent years, catching makes serious damage in inshore resources and many policies have been made to protect ocean resources. The increasing demands become the antinomy to the gradual reduce supply. Sea water farming industry as a complement of catching is playing important role more and more, specially the export oriented type sea water farming industry.Sea foods of the export oriented mariculture not only meet with the people's life home, such as shrimp,crab,fish,scallop,abalone and so on, but also some sea resources are precious material of the social produce, for example sea tangle and scallop can be used in medicine companies. The export of farming foods bright a lot of foreign exchange income,increase employment and become the pillar industry in fishery economy.However, the development of export oriented mariculture also brings many environmental problems. Red tide not only brings economic damages to the life of inshore people but also threat the property and life of people. Export oriented type sea water farming industries not only affect the environment of farming area but also the inshore ecology. Being aware of that, researching the impact and calculating the environmental cost and the income under the environment, making some programs uncoordinated with environment out of use, are meet with the need of sustainable development and the benefit of offspring. The paper tries to research these problems and look for ways to solve them.There are six chapters in this paper.Chapter one, as an introduction, includes research background, aim and significance, main content and methods, creation and so on.Chapter two introduces our export oriented mariculture. First, the definition of extrovert type sea water farming industry is elaborated. Second, we introduce the development stags and the present condition; especially we analyze the impact on the environment and discuss the development tendency after joining WTO.Chapter three analyzes the economy effect of environment cost on our economy development. This part illustrates the relationship between environment cost and international trade in theory, so derivates the present frame of environment measures. Next, we analyze the economy effect of environment cost on our economy development.Chapter four emphasizes on the ways of calculating the environment cost. Through illustrating the definition of environment cost in export oriented mariculture, the background of putting forward the problems, the significance of calculating the cost and the difficulties of research derivates inquiry into ways of calculating the environment cost. We discuss the emphasis on research combining with the requirements of WTO on environmentChapter five mainly research the way of environment cost in export oriented mariculture. First the impact of water farming industry on economy is discussed. We divide the sea ecosystem system into 4 groups and 14 services, then identify the importance of ecosystem services, ecosystem service affected by extrovert mariculture and calculability assessment of ecosystem service value, set up model of calculating the environment cost in extrovert mariculature .At last, we take Sanggou Bay as an example and put up the method of evaluate ways of mariculture.Chapter six is our measures of export oriented mariculture under the requirements of WTO. From the analysis in the paper, we put forward some development policies and suggestion to extravert mariculture which suit the present of our country and sustainable development.
