In addition, complex network theory has emerged since 1998, each subject was positive to the introduction into its subject, and to grasp related issues on the whole field .To this end, using the latest theories and methods of the institutional economics to study the management institution evolution of coastal tidal flats cultivation, and to explore its internal logic and rules, not only providing the guidance for development of practice in theory, and further enriching and improving the Institution system evolutionAccordingly, the main contents of this paper including:From the limited premise of rational economic man, .this paper reviews the two theories of institution evolution (spontaneous evolution and rational design) and research progress of complex network theory and methods .on this basis, this paper propose an analysis framework about the research of institution evolution based on complex networks.
