With the intensification of the process of globalization, the advances of science and technology and the continuously evolution of China’s market economic reform, China’s enterprises are facing increasingly fierce competition in the market; the job stress of the staff will be also meeting a sharp rise:the acceleration of the pace of work, longer work time, decline of the sense of security and greatly enhance liquidity. Job stress has become one of the major issues our employees must face at this stage.The incresing of the job stress bring a series of changes, causing the employee job satisfaction, organizational satisfaction and loyalty changes, lead to a series of problems of the employees’work-family conflict and employees’health. To the organizations, one of the most direct impacts of the job stress is the job performance of employees, because the quality of employee performance directly affects the performance and development of the entire organization.The role of the organizational support in the relationship between employees’s job stress and its performance is also a topic worth exploring. The influence of the organizational support to employees’job stress, and the inpact of the organizational support on job performance, and the role of the organizational support in the relationship between employees’s job stress and theirs’performance is the focus of this study.This paper first reviews the research literature and the results of previous job stress, organizational support and job performance, then confirm the job stress, organizational support and job performance scales, and put forward the hypothesis. Then use PASW18.0.0to conduct exploratory factor analysis, combined with their own content and features, remove all non-compliant items, and form a preliminary indicators and questionnaires. Finally, it conducts the large sample survey and analysis. The empirical part use PASW18.0statistical software to conduct descriptive statistical analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis and regression analysis. Finally, based on the results of statistical analysis of the study, we put forward the relevent improvement methods, measures and recommendations.The text is divided into six parts, as follows:The first chapter is the introduction; this chapter introduces the thesis topic of background, the significance of the essay and the research process and content framework. It helps to lay the foundation of the chapter as whole thesis writing.Chapter II is the theory and literature review;it include the theory and literature of job stress, organizational support, job performance and the realtionship of job stress and performance. In each part of the literature review, combing the basic concept first, followed by the review of relevant research of job performance, organizational support, and the relationship between them.The third chapter is the study design, combines the second chapter’s review and a questionnaire survey, this chapter descripe the selected research indicators, the research methods, underlying assumptions, and the designed questionnaire, and vertify the preliminary questionnaire, and was followed by a large-scale official survey.Chapter four is data Analysis, the statistical data will be analyzed with EXCEL and SPSS18.0software related analysis, including reliability and validity testing, basic statistical multivariate analysis, related analysis, regression analysis, and analysis of regulation. And it verifies the assumptions made before.The fifth chapter is the conclusion and suggestion; the main conclusions of this paper are as follows:First, the role of the job stress is different, the properties and features of the the inner pressure and the external pressure are different.Second, employees’ job stress and organizational support have good predictable function.Third, organizational support plays a regulatory role between the majority of the dimension of employees’job stress and employees’ job performance. Except the pressure of the staff capacity and quality, organizational support palys a regulatory role in the other dimensions of the job stress, including workload, work control and role conflict, career development and interpersonal relationships and atmosphere. On the basis of conclusions and the preceding analysis, the text put forward some constructive comments on the human resources management of young employees in the enterprise, and provides some useful reference for the management of young employees to help deal with employees’job stress problem and enhance employees’ job performance.Chapter six focus on future prospects; this chapter summarizes t the work of he author, the innovation of this paper and shortcomings, and then points out the future development trend.
