Group enterprise has its particularity, conglomerates must be transformed froma traditional fund management to modern enterprise funds management: centralizedmanagement of decentralized funds, the scale of the financial and operating to avoidGroup enterprises in financing, capital operation, ownedwill use, cost control,financial studies, long-term financial decisions such as low efficiency repeated theinternal friction runaway problem.The21st century, China’s enterprises achieved rapid economic development, thetextile industry also developed rapidly, but the impact of economic globalizationbrought fierce competition and new challenges to the textile industry, the fundmanagement is becoming more important, has become the Group’s corporate thefinancial management of the center of gravity. But there are still manyconglomerates weak awareness of fund management also uses more traditional fundmanagement method in the face of the new situation, bound to be some problems ifthe member companies duplicate accounts, poor flow of capital, liquidity is unclear,off-the-book circulation, cash flow the budget backward, unable to meet the use offunds. These problems, if not solved properly, undoubtedly increase the Group’soperational risk, like time bombs, is bound to affect the sustainable and stabledevelopment of the Group.This paper focuses on improving Hunan DA Group fund management center,starting from the concept of money management, the main content and influencingfactors, reference to domestic and foreign scholars fund management, especially theGroup enterprise funds management research, relying on asymmetric informationtheory and internal capital markets theory, as the basis of the theoretical analysis ofthe entire study.This article focuses on the construction of the Group’s capital managementimprovement program in Hunan DA, start from the course of development of the theHunan DA Group, the current situation and existing problems of the organizationalstructure and financial organizational structure, fund management, analysis on thebasis of the previous theory, from Hunan DA Group capital management mode toplay select, control activities in the settlement process design, the construction of thecapital management system, as well as capital management process, these threeaspects of Hunan DA Group’s capital management improvement program. Finally,according to the actual situation of the the Hunan DA Group, to explore how toimprove the implementation of the program and the expected effects.
