The high-speed development of Chinese economy in 21th century doesn't only bring the great profit ,but also make our enterprise to face the unprecedented challenges which come from their own industry and the other aspects because of the limitation of the marketing scale ,but in the final analysis all the matters above due to the competition of the talent。Human recourse is the most important and valuable core recourse of every company, so how to absorb, retain, stimulate and develop the potential of the staff furthest is the unavoidable problem of every enterprise。In the numerous internal drive-forces, compensation is one of the most powerful drive-force factors and one of tools which stimulate staffs at most。Whether the compensation system is scientific and reasonable affects not only the profit of the individuals but also the efficiency of the whole enterprise。If the company could adapt the effective compensation system, it could gain the competition of the human recourse and transform this to the competition advantages of marketing。Therefore, the research on compensation design is indispensable。The planned economy has been changed to the market economy in China, and we are establishing perfect community market economy system ,so this change has brought the the revolution of the enterprise management。All the matters bring the opportunity for the small high-technology enterprise, but the challenge goes along with the opportunity。In order to get the market share, we should construct adaptable compensation system corresponds the community market economy when we deal with the others。After all, as a small company, we can't compare with the other large company in the human resource management, but we still could consult the experiences of that and design a new compensation system suits our current development and the requirement in the future, combining the corresponding theory and own practice。TST company is considered as one of the earliest companies which deal in the automotive test equipment。After several years development, it has reached a certain scale, and its core technology has been dominant in the industry in Changchun。Jiiln province is the cradle of the Chinese automotive industry。After more than 50 years。Jilin province has been the largest and the most powerful automotive produce base since 1956 that the first VW car was produced。By the end of 2003,there are 212 companies ,including 3 automotive car factories, 14 special car factories, 195 automotive parts companies。The number of the personnel in the automotive industry is 170 hundred, the capital summed 106。4 billion。The industry that TST stands should have a huge space to develop because of the huge industry scale and the support of the national principles。But in fact, in order to realize the further development and seek the new profit increase point ,we must perfect the management, especially the old and unreasonable compensation system。Wholly speaking , the irrationality of the compensation affects the positivity of the staff at a certain degree。So in a short view, or in the long run , the redesign of compensation system of TST company is inevitable in order to deal with the competition comes from the marketAt the same time,when we proceed this project,we definitely find that the compensation management plays a very important role in the management in the small high-technology company such as TST company based on the theory reseach。It does not only affect the human resource,produce efficiency directly,but also affect the competition of the company in the industry。Finally,we are familiar with the situation of the case by the investigations,then we redesign the compensation system of TST company,combining the compensation management theory and using the position evaluation method。...
